Payments In order to provide continuous service, Dating and Matchmaking Inc. net automatically renews all paid subscriptions for the Services on the date such subscriptions expire. Such renewals are for the same duration as the original subscription term (for example, a 1-month subscription will renew on a monthly basis, a 3-month subscription will renew on a 3-month basis, and so on).By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your account will be subject to the above-described automatic renewals. In all cases, if you do not wish your account to renew automatically, please follow the directions set out below. You may cancel your subscription to membership at least 3 days prior to renewal date by accessing the Account Settings page from the menu, clicking on Cancel My Subscription link. In such case, your subscription will terminate at the end of the subscription term for which you have paid.
3.Non Commercial Use by Members. The Website is for the personal use of individual Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial activity. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members and may not use the Service or the Website for any purpose including but not limited to: illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means, sending advertisements for other web sites and services. Dating and Matchmaking, Inc. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.
(h) Dating and Matchmaking, Inc. reserves the right to reject any profile of a limited member.
(i) Usage of 1 profile by several persons is prohibited, profile on the Website can be used only by a person who registered it initially, as well as period of paid membership can be used only by a person who paid for it. Profiles which are used by several people will be automatically deleted if found.

6.Disclaimers. The Website is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Website or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users of the Website, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. The Website is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Website or Member of the Service. The Website assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or Member communications. The Website is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Service.
